I have loved coming up here and seeing the same people over the years, the sunsets are amazing, and lots of fun for kids, they love the pool, game room fishing and kayaking!
Had a blast fishing with the family on Lake Kabetogama. Tim Snyder really knows the lake and is a fantastic guide. He went the extra mile to find us fish. Idlewild resort has all the amenities for family fun of all ages and the staff accommodates to any and all skill levels. We can't wait to go back next year!
Great place with nice cabins. They have a nice game room with Foosball and pool and a tv for the rainy days. They have a large heated pool and hot tub too. Their docks are protected and they have a dock boy for help at the dock and cleaning your fish.

Beautiful place and great people. It is a cozy little cabin resort with plenty to offer visitors. It has plenty of outdoor activities, pool, horseshoes shuffle board at the resort. They also have paddle boards, kayaks, and boat rentals. Couple that with the Snyders and their great attitude and awesome fishing guide service and it makes for a great outdoorsman getaway.
